Hot, hotter, hottest?

This Sunday is the big day, when we'll be running the Montreal Marathon. Needless to say, we've been keeping a close eye on the weather forecast. Especially since eastern Canada is currently in the midst of another heat wave, which is slightly unusual for this time of year. Yesterday, today and tomorrow will see temperatures of 30+, but supposedly it will cool down a bit after that. However, Environment Canada is not always very accurate when it comes to longer-term forecasts. I guess we'll have wait until later this week to see whether the heat will break, and what  the weather will have in store for us this weekend.
In the meantime, we're trying to get some short runs in this week to keep the legs loosened up. Later tonight, after the sun set, we'll try to get a 7km run in, and perhaps a 4 km run tomorrow. The last few days we'll go for some walks to keep moving.  Hopefully that will do the trick!
